Inner and outer wellbeing lies at the heart of the 51 Spa Residences
project, a philosophy made achievable thanks to the towns innate asset of nourishing thermal water
. Upon completion, owners of the twenty-eight luxury residences will each have access to the sought-after water via private in-house spas and balcony moon baths, but the burgeoning development is also creating a new, wider spa experience for residents and their guests to exclusively enjoy.
The 800sqm spa at 51
will incorporate two timeless spa rituals rooted in the diverse cultures of Russia and Switzerland. The Russian Banya, a sauna ritual dating back thousands of years, will be housed in two suites, incorporating indoor and outdoor environments. Whilst the Banya Experience Spa at 51 will be a contemporary interpretation, traditional elements of the ritual will be preserved, such as the communal and social atmosphere in which the sauna is enjoyed. Spa-goers will alternate their time between two sauna chambers, a cool plunge pool and the especially designed Banya Garden, complete with hot tubs and relaxation area. A collection of treatment suites for additional wellness and beauty therapies will also be put in place.
The Alpine Bathhouse meanwhile, will showcase the thermal water and its natural source. Three distinct thermal experiences will be offered to guests including indoor and outdoor mineral pools, both with views across the entire valley and mountain ranges, and hydro-massage facilities to be enjoyed in the al fresco environment.
All rituals and therapies in the 51 Spa focus especially on the positive everyday effects of bathing in thermal water, as it compliments all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Relaxation, detoxification, sports conditioning and stress management are just some of the ways in which spa-goers will benefit from both the Russian Banya and Alpine Bathhouse experiences.
